Valour Healthcare Services is a nursing agency operating a 24 hour service. We specialise in the provision of Nurses and/or Healthcare Assistants on a short or long term basis. On a daily basis Nursing Homes, Residential Homes; Hospitals, Mental Health Institutes, Learning Disability and other Challenging Behaviour environments rely on us for their staffing needs.
Our staff undergo a stringent recruitment process, so we are confident we vet and retain quality workers. All staff are trained to meet the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act (2012).
Ahead of all placements, Valour Healthcare Services complete a profile for each member of staff which is then sent to the client. Our profiles provide clients with information on the employee such as, confirmation of a satisfactory DBS, NMC Pin, and Training validation dates.
