At Valour Healthcare Services we understand that selecting the right Homecare provider is an important step for both the client and their family members. Valour Healthcare Services offers a homecare service and/or live in care that gives you the opportunity to remain independent in the comfort of your own home, without compromising on the quality of care you receive. Our service is designed to give family and friends the freedom to be more directly involved with your personal care. So whether you need a little extra help around the home, an alternative to hospital and residential home admission, or simply a solution which helps you and your loved ones to stay in your own home while being cared for, our Homecare service can be tailored to meet your exact requirements.
Agency Staffing
Valour Healthcare Services recruit staff who are new to care work along with those with previous experience and provide them with free, quality training and support. New staff members are required to shadow our experienced staff members to gain practical experience in real-life environments, allowing them to develop the essential skills required for them to provide an excellent service. Our fully-accredited in-house training programme means that we have oversight of what training is being delivered, when and how so that we can improve and develop where necessary. This means that our Healthcare assistants, Support workers and Nurses are competent to work in a range of settings including nursing and care homes, mental health units, NHS Trusts and private hospitals to name a few!
